Kristina Carman is the Director of the gymnastics program at Bronco Elite. She has been coaching gymnastics and working with children for several years. She was a competitive gymnast in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is very passionate about gymnastics. Kristina also enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not working. Some of her hobbies include making art, rock climbing, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.

Deb Brown is a compulsory and optional coach at Bronco Elite. She is a former member of the Boise State Gymnastics team, and grew up doing gymnastics in Chicago, Illinois. Deb enjoys spending time with her family when she is not working, and she loves to watch her favorite TV show, Seinfeld.

Stephanie Schoenfeld is the Developmental Gymnastics Specialist at Bronco Elite. She has worked with children for over 12 years, and she loves watching them learn and grow. Stephanie was also a former competitive gymnast, as well as an Idaho Vandal cheerleader. She loves to use her creativity in her spare time, working on interior design and other types of visual art.

Bekkie Ritchie is a recreational coach who loves teaching technical gymnastics while having fun with all of her students. She was a former gymnast at Bronco Elite, as well as Boise State University. Bekkie loves spending time with her two sons and she still enjoys flipping around the gym in her spare time.

Mackennzi Chapel grew up in Bend, Oregon where she trained at Cascade All Stars Gymnastics. She did gyrimastics for 13 years, competing through level 9. In 2005 she qualified for the level 9 National Championships, which was her biggest success as a gymnast. Mackennzi is now a great recreational gymnastics coach, and she loves working with kids.

Tara Harsin is one of our Developmental Gymnastics coaches at Bronco Elite. Her fun and enthusiastic personality keeps all of her students smiling and having fun. Tara is an Elementary Education major at Boise State University and she hopes to work as a kindergarten teacher when she graduates.

Vivien Dickens - Adventures Director
Vivien has been working with children of various ages for many years. She moved to Idaho when she was six and has lived in Boise since. She looks forward to her first summer camp at Bronco Elite. She hopes to return to BSU soon to finish her education degree. When she isn't working Viven enjoys camping and being in the great outdoors. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and her three year old daughter.

Katy Knight
Katy is currently an Art Education major at BSU. She has been working at Bronco Elite for over three years and loves the program. When she is not playing and teaching at Bronco Elite, she is found singing, dancing, acting, painting and generally playing in her hometown of Boise.

Karin Waldram
Hi my name is Karin Waldram and I've been working at Bronco Elite for almost two years. I am planning to attend BSU to become a Physicians Assistant. I love skiing, playing volleyball and reading in my spare time. Bronco Elite is the greatest. I would recommend it to anyone!

Barry Smith
Barry attended the College of Idaho and is currently attending Boise State. In his free time he likes to play sports, read, play outdoors and watch movies. He grew up in Grangeville, ID.

Karen Holmes, Aquatics Director
Karen has over eight years of experience teaching swim lessons and life. She is also a varsity softball coach at Timberline High School. She is working on her B.S. in Athletic Training at Boise State University. She also enjoys working softball clinics and camps.

Megan Bachini
Been teaching at Bronco Elite for three years. Started swimming 20 years ago and eventually swam competitively for Eagle High School acting as co-captain. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and boating. Currently attending Boise State University working toward her Elementary Education Degree.

Lisa Wright, Administrative Assistant
Lisa Wright has worked as an Administration Assistant for eight years. Lisa is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and has been in Boise since April 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Lisa “Leslie” Waldram, Substitute Receptionist
Lisa is the proud mother of our team member “Wally” Waldram. She kindly works the Reception Desk for us and fills in as necessary. She is a full time mother and Home School Teacher. Lisa greatly enjoys spending time with her family throughout the week.

Administration

Brandon Paine is the Owner, Director, and Head Gymnastics Coach at Bronco Elite Arts & Athletics. Brandon has gained over 12 years of coaching experience from 4 states and 3 regions. He has taught college courses at Phoenix College and Great Basin College, where he also acted as the PE Department Chair. He served as a Graduate Teaching and Coaching Assistant at both Western Oregon University and Iowa State University. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Health and Human Performance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, snowboarding, and volunteer coaching for the BSU gymnastics team.
